Why was my order cancelled?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our online system automatically cancels an order if the card payment method is selected and the payment fails. To avoid this from happening again, we kindly request you to resubmit the order using the EFT option.
To resubmit, please log in to your profile at www.burbleonline.co.za, click on your email address in the top right corner, then select "Orders" from the menu on the left. Find the relevant order from the list on the right and click "Reorder". This will add the order to your basket and allow you to complete the checkout process again.
If you have a voucher code, please proceed with the order without using the voucher code and then email your order number and voucher code to [email protected]. Our team will manually process your voucher and sort out any issues for you.
